Camera-based High Sensitivity Flow Cytometry for Nanoparticle Applications
Amnis® camera-based flow cytometry has bridged between conventional flow cytometry and microscopy for more than 20 years now. Besides allowing for morphometric studies in multiparametric flow applications the CCD camera used for capturing fluorescence signals has also pushed the limits for the detection of nanoparticles. In this presentation we will show recent advances in this particular field of high sensitivity flow cytometry making use of the Amnis® CellStream® as well as the new “high gain mode” available for the Amnis® ImageStream®X platform.
